Enjoy  La Ville Thomas for its beautiful countryside location, proximity to some of the finest beaches in France as well as being close to Saint Malo, Dinan and Dinard. Tastefully decorated, very cosy and well presented accommodation, comfortably accommodates 2 to 6 guests.

The location  Wonderful! just a short drive to the coastal village at St Jacut de la Mer. Here you have a choice of 11 wonderful safe sandy beaches and a good selection of beach activities during the summer months.  The village boasts an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes/bars and there is an open market every Friday morning. Bike hire is also available at the beach snack/bar called ‘La Paillote’. Fishing on foot is a widely practiced activity on the main beach “La Rougeret” when the tide is out. Saint Jacut is also very popular for its beautiful coastal walks.

The local village Ploubalay 5 km from the property, here you have all the amenities you would expect to find in a small town, together with supermarkets, bakery, banks, pharmacy a good selection of cafes and restaurants. Every Friday morning there is a small market in the square, selling fresh local produce. There are also bus services available to the surrounding area.

About the Property La Ville Thomas is totally secluded within its own well-maintained grounds and ideally located in a calm and peaceful hamlet. The property is tastefully decorated, very well equipped and offers light, spacious and comfortable accommodation. The outside space boasts a good-sized secluded garden with secure front gates. The sun terrace is furnished with comfortable garden furniture. La Ville Thomas is also an excellent base for visiting the area having very easy access to the main roads leading to the popular tourist towns and attractions.

Booking Conditions

• Saturday Changeover day from 13 June — 28 Aug 2026, For other periods we can be flexible, please enquire.
• Payment options: Euros or Sterling by bank transfer. 
• A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• We request the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the rental period. 
• Bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period, require full payment at the time of booking.
• £300 returnable damage deposit cheque:  2 weeks prior to arrival, please send by post to the following address, – Brittany Connections, La Ville Oudry, 22130 Crehen, FRANCE.
• Every paying guest 18 years and over is subject to paying a local tourist tax. This sum is paid in addition to the cost of your stay and will be added to your quotation at the time of booking. The revenue generated by the tourist tax is donated to the tourist office of the Dinan Agglomération
• Electricity and heating Consumption : From October 1st to May 15th 2026, electricity consumption of up to 250 kWh per week is included in the rental price. Any consumption exceeding this limit will be charged at the local EDF rate of 0.28€ per kWh, deducted from the security deposit or paid separately at the end of the stay. Guests are encouraged to use energy responsibly during their stay. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
• The property features a pellet stove, which will be filled with one bag of pellets upon the guests’ arrival day. An additional bag of pellets will be provided each day for winter lets. Should guests exceed this allocation, they will be responsible for purchasing any additional pellets at their own expense.

This was our second visit, love all the new furnishings and the new pellet stove at La Ville Thomas, so chic! We have enjoyed our stay and the weather was so kind to us traveling around and we visited lots of places. Our dog enjoyed the garden. What a lovely lady, Judith helped us through our stay and we will be sorry to leave this lovely house. Thank you Judith, and will hope to return if we can, and we’ll recommend to all. Third fabulous visit to Brittany and La Ville Thomas! We had some wonderful days on our favorite beach, Saint-Lunaire, and enjoyed sightseeing at Saint-Suliac, Dol De Bretagne and Le Mont Saint-Michel. The Grand Aquarium at Saint-Malo was fun with the children, and it was always a pleasure to return LVT and relax in the beautiful house and garden. Thank you, Judith for the bikes and the toy horses, which made Gigi very happy especially! La Ville Thomas is such a comfortable happy house – we are sorry to be leaving!. A bientôt – we hope! Visit number six and La Ville Thomas never let us down. We love the new flooring and feel very tempted by a winter visit so we can use the new pellet stove. The weather picked up second week and our old Puggle Steve enjoyed the garden breeze. Our new puppy Lola has been so busy exploring and taking in all the new sights. Thank you Judith for a lovely two weeks. Your home is beautiful and also ideally placed – seemingly buried in lovely countryside,, but only minutes from the beaches, St Malo, Dinan & Dinard. Our dog Juro loved running around in the enclosed garden and on the beaches in the evenings. We’re returning home feeling 100% better than when we arrived! Thank you again. x

A fantastic couple of weeks at the wonderfully comfortable Ville Thomas. We enjoyed a few gorgeous days, swimming and building Sandcastles at family friendly Saint Lunaire.. Dinan was particularly pretty and memorable with a fun boat ride on the river. Although busy, the Le Mont Saint -Michelle was worth a visit and the castle at Fougéres was impressive. La Ville Thomas was perfect for our three children. Thanks so much Judith for providing them with bikes. We love the tranquil setting with its beautiful views, occasional deer and wandering chickens . Thanks so much. The pigeon family.

Our Fourth Visit to our favorite holiday destination !

So pleased to make it back for our fourth visit to our favorite holiday destination. Judith has been as welcoming as ever and La Ville Thomas is looking mighty fine! A lovely cottage with everything we needed and a very warm welcome from Judith. Rural, peaceful area – plenty to do, with so many beaches and coastal views. It’s good to be back in France after three years – especially Brittany. We leave here feeling very rested and enjoyed a very relaxing holiday.
