VILLA LAVANDE

Very close to the river rance - St Malo - Dinan - Dinard & the beaches.

The villa has been very tastefully decorated and retains the feeling of a family home. Enclosed within its own grounds (safe for toddlers) ideally situated in a quiet hamlet 3 kms from the river rance.

Here you will find a small boating marina (as in photo) the river rance beach and the popular local bar/restaurant serving very good food. The activities they have to offer here are yachting, dingy sailing, wind surfing and canoeing.

For guests who enjoy cycling or strolling through the quite countryside the location is also ideal. (bikes available on request including a baby seat)

All immediate needs are found a couple of minutes drive away (3 kms) at the delightful village of Plouer sur Rance, these include: 1 supermarket (Super U), butchers, bakers/patisseries, Bank, cafes/bars, creperie/pizzeria and a restaurant.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTRACT

3) Complet, date and sign the booking form, read, date and sign the terms & conditions and return these to us by post with the deposit. (a 30% deposit is required which secures your reservation).

4) The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival, please forward with the £150 damage deposit (your deposit cheque will be retained and returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure, if no damages have occurred during your stay).

ABOUT THE AREA

Villa Lavande is within very easy reach of the beautiful ‘Côte de Emerauld (the Emerald Coast) 15 mins drive away, with lovely golden fine sandy beaches at St Malo, Dinard and Lancieux. Nearby you have very popular Edwardian sea-side resort of Dinard (15 kms) the medieval town of Dinan (10 kms) and the beautiful old town of St Malo (15 kms). This location is very attractive for sporting activities such as boating, surfing, Swimming, fishing, horse riding, tennis and golf.

TRAVEL INFORMATION/HOW TO GET HERE

The ferry port of St Malo is about 15-20 min drive from Villa Lavende and 10/15 mins from International Airport at Dinard.

Brittany Ferries channel crossing: Portsmouth-St Malo, Condor Ferries have a daily car and passenger service from Weymouth and Poole to St Malo (May to September).

Dinard International Airport (Ryan Airways), Stanstead, East Midlands to Dinard : discounted flights available if you book well in advance.
