BEACH APARTMENT WITH SHARED GARDEN

This lovely holiday apartment is located in the heart of the stunning seaside resort of St Cast plage, only a stones throw from the beautiful fine sandy beach (30 meters approximately). Ideal for young children and has supervised crèche facilities.

 At your door step you have an excellent choice of restaurants, cafe/bars, designer shops, pâtisseries and a small supermarket.....everything you need!.

La Duponchel is comfortably furnished and well equipped.    

 LOUNGE AREA

♦  Light and spacious lounge/dining area furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, round dining table with seating for 4 at ease. Equipped with a TV and  DVD player. Small sea view from the lounge window.

 KITCHEN

♦ Well equipped with light wall units, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

 BEDROOM  - (small sea view)

♦  Double bed room with fitted wardrobe.                                                      

♦  Separate from the bedroom full sized  fitted cabin bunk beds -(refer to photo N°6)    

 BATHROOM

♦  With shower unit & washbasin.

♦  Separate Toilet.

 BOOKING INFORMATION

♦ Payment in Sterling or euros by either bank transfer or  by cheque.  Euro cheques must be made payable in Paris.

♦ A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

♦ The remaining balance and the security deposit (£200) are payable 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

♦ Change overs are from Saturday 16 hrs / Saturday 10 hrs in the high season period, however this can be changed in low and middle season.

♦  During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.

♦  Duvets and pillows provided. (Bed linen and towel service available at an extra cost on request).

♦  Long Winter lets available at very reasonable rates, please contact us for further details.
