We are dedicated

home for the incoming guests. The fees charged by us are easily recouped by
regular letting and it is our intentions to make sure that each holiday let
runs as smoothly as possible, resulting in clients wishing to re-book the
following year, and recommend your property to others.
Our
work involves :
̣Adding
your details onto our computerized booking system.
̣Uploading
your property to our Brittany Connections website : Website promotion
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The
booking and letting contract
:
̣
Dealing
with enquiries from our clients, handling complaints, Keeping booking
calendars, availability charts and spreadsheet records of all our rentals.
We will Maintain telephone or email contact with our clients from the first
enquiry until they arrive in France.
̣
Taking
the reservations, sending out a booking contract, asking for a 30% deposit
of the weekly/fortnightly rental to secure the reservation.
̣
Sending
a reminder 8 weeks before the commencement of their holiday asking for the
remainder balance of the rental plus damage deposit.
̣
Two
weeks prior to their arrival we notify the client of the road directions to
the property and arrange the key collection.
̣
Once
the holiday is over we return the safety deposit within 2 weeks. If we have
been notified of any breakages, we will then deduct this sum from the
returnable deposit.
Local
Property Management Service
:

A
clean property is your
key to success in the letting market, we will organise the cleaning between
changeovers.
̣
We
will visit your property prior to the clients arrival to clarify that
everything is in order for the incoming guests.
̣
We
like to know that our clients are happy and satisfied with our services and
lettings, for this reason, we will personally visit them during their
holiday.
̣
In
case a problem or an emergency occurs during their stay, we will issue the
guests with our contact number, we are contactable at all times.
̣
After
the guests departure, a property check will be made to confirm that no
damages have occurred.
̣
We
will provide a special information pack which will be left in the property.
This pack will contain details about how any necessary equipment works,
where to dispose of rubbish, informing the clients of any house rules and a
selection of our personal suggestions in the immediate area of "where" :

▪
Shopping guide.
▪
Local Doctors
surgeries, Pharmacies, hospitals etc.

Guests at an additional cost :
