The property has a wonderful location being only 5 min drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Lancieux and St Jacut de la Mer. Here you will find many activities such as yachting, dingy sailing, sand yachting, wind surfing, canoeing and tennis. All immediate needs are found a couple of minutes drive away (10/15 min stroll) at the local village of Ploubalay these include: 3 supermarkets, butchers, bakers/patisseries, Bank, Pharmacie, cafes/bars, creperie/pizzeria and 4 restaurants. Every Friday morning in the summer season there is a small market in the square selling fresh local products.
