This residence is located on the outskirts of the delightful town of Pleurtuit within walking distance and only 5 minutes drive from the very popular Edwardian sea-side resort of Dinard.

ABOUT THE AREA

♦ The Port of St Malo is well worth a visit to stroll around the walled old town with museum and eat at one of the many seafood restaurants. Fascinating aquarium on outskirts of St Malo. Seaside resort of Dinard has beautiful sandy beaches, water sports, indoor fresh sea water pool, riding and a fantastic Casino. The very popular medieval town of Dinan only 15 minutes drive and the Impressive Mont St Michel 55 km.

BOOKING & LETTING INFORMATION

♦ Payment in Sterling or euros by either bank transfer or by cheque (if paying in euros by cheque - Euro cheque payable in Paris requested).

♦ A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

♦ The remaining balance and the security deposit are payable 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

♦ Change overs are from Monday to Monday in the peak/high season and Saturday to Saturday middle and low season.

♦ During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.

♦ Duvets and pillows provided. (Bed linen and towel service available at an extra cost on request).

♦ Long Winter lets available at very reasonable rates, please contact us for further details.
