LETTING INFORMATION

♦ Change overs in the peak season are from Friday 4PM / Friday 10 AM, however this can be changed in low and middle season.

♦ Electricity included in summer season prices.

♦ During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.

♦ Pillows and duvets are provided. (Bed linen service available at an extra cost EUR 15 per person)

3) Complet, date and sign the booking form, read, date and sign the terms & conditions and return these to us by post with the deposit. (a 30% deposit is required which secures your reservation).

4) The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival, please forward with the £150 damage deposit (your deposit cheque will be retained and returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure, if no damages have occurred during your stay).
