BOOKING & LETTING INFORMATION

♦ Payment in Sterling or euros by either bank transfer or by cheque (if paying by euro cheque - French Euro cheque requested).

♦ A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

♦ The remaining balance and the security deposit are payable 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

♦ Change overday in the high/ peak season is Friday 4PM to Friday 10 AM however this can altered in low and middle season.

♦ During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.

♦ Duvets and pillows provided. (Bed linen and towel service available at an extra cost on request).

♦ Long Winter lets available at very reasonable rates, please contact us for further details.
