CONSERVATORY
Good sized conservatory furnished with
cabinet unit and a comfortable futon sofa/bed. Also features a large
table (max 10 people)
& chairs, the table can be easily converted into a American pool table.

Access
direct from the conservatory into the pool area (The sliding doors between the
conservatory and the pool can be closed and locked for security reasons to comply with French law)
HEATED INDOOR POOL

Beautiful heated indoor pool with telescopic
cover (8 x 4 m) including a large selection of children's inflatables/swimming aids (Guests are requested to use swimming hats
which are provided).
♦ During April
to end of September the
pool is heated by the recently
installed electric heat exchanger
pump system to guarantee a warm temperature (around 27°C) the
pool heating costs are included in the price.
♦
During the low season from 29th Sept to 31st of March the pool heating
costs are not included in the price, please enquire for further details.

Pierre Blanche is within very easy reach of the beautiful ‘Côte de Emerauld (the
Emerald Coast) 10 mins drive away, with lovely golden fine sandy beaches at St Jacut de la Mer and Lancieux. Nearby you have very popular Edwardian sea-side
resort of Dinard (13 kms) the medieval town of Dinan (5 kms) and the beautiful
old town of St Malo (20 kms). This location is very attractive for sporting
activities such as boating, surfing, Swimming, fishing, horse riding, tennis and
golf.

INFORMATION

Payment in Sterling or euros by either bank transfer or by cheque
(when paying in euros by cheque - Euro cheque payable in Paris requested).
♦
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
♦
The remaining balance and the security deposit (£500) are payable
6 weeks before the
start of the rental period. Bookings made within 6
weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of
booking.
♦
Change overs
are from
Saturday

Saturday 10 hrs
in the high season period, however this can be altered
in low and middle season.
♦
During
cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the
electricity and gas they consume at local tariff rates.
