BOOKING INFORMATION

♦ Payment in sterling or euros by either bank transfer or cheque. Euro cheques must be made payable in Paris.

♦ A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

♦ The remaining balance and the security deposit are payable 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

♦ Change overs are from Saturday 16 hrs / Saturday 10 hrs in the high season period, however this can be altered in low and middle season.

♦ During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.

♦ Long Winter lets (minimum 1 month) available at very reasonable rates , please contact us for further details.
