The property is enclosed within its own grounds and ideally situated in a calm peaceful hamlet, 1 km from the village of Languenan and only a short drive from the coast and the beautiful medieval town of Dinan (10 mins)

BOOKING INFORMATION

♦ Change overs are from Friday 4pm / Friday 10 am in the peak season period (9th July - 27th August) however this can be changed in low and middle season.

♦ Electricity included in summer season prices.

♦ During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.

♦ Duvets and pillows provided: Bed linen service available:EUR 16 per person.

♦ Long Winter lets available at very reasonable rates, please contact us for further details.

TERMS AND RENTAL CONDITIONS CONTRACT

3) Complet, date and sign the booking form, read, date and sign the terms & conditions and return these to us by post with the deposit. (a 30% deposit is required which secures your reservation).

4) The balance and the returnable damage deposit cheque (£200) is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival (this cheque will be retained and returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure, if no damages have occurred during your stay).
