First of all, let me introduce myself, my name is Judith Cottingham, I am a bi-lingual, British Non-Resident who has been exceptionally fortunate to live in this beautiful area of Brittany (Côtes D’Armor) since 1983. During the ensuing years, I have been employed in the tourist industry and also raised a family. I would like you all to benefit from the vast knowledge and experience I have acquired, by both living and working here in Brittany, France. |

Brittany is divided up into 4 departments the 22, 29, 35, 56. We carry out property searches on the costal and the inland areas surrounding St Malo, Dinard , Dinan and St Cast these are all based in the departments 22 and 35.
