ò Heating / Hot Water Visit: EUR 35.

ò  Property Management Service for Holiday Lets : bookings, letting contract, change/over : % to be negotiated.

ò Gardening Service (Introduction Fee): EUR 45.

ò Cleaning Service per clean:

1 Bedroom Property: EUR 45, 2 Bedroom Property: EUR 50, 3 Bedroom Property: EUR 65, 4 Bedroom Prperty: EUR 75

ò Welcoming pack : basics such as: milk, coffee, preserves, cereals, fruit juice, bread,  water, wine, beer etc. (This can be determined by our clients and will be priced accordingly): From EUR 35.
