Our Services include the Following :

ò We Contact the local Estate Agents and Notaires to discuss your personal requirements based on your completed property search form (A network of contacts and information on private sales are also available on request).

ò Every suitable property, we will endeavour to visit personally where possible.

ò Photos and Descriptions of properties that meet your specifications via mail or post.

ò Scheduled appointments for viewing the appropriate properties with the local Estate Agents and Notaires will be arranged prior to your arrival, we will accompany you during these visits.

ò Negotiating offers and interpretation where required.

ò Arrange suitable accommodation during your stay if required. (Gite, Hotel or bed and breakfast).

ò Accompanying you to the Agent or the local Notaires Office where you will sign the necessary documents for the purchase of your property.

ò Compromis de Vente (1^st signature) If requested we can sign this on your behalf in your absence (fee: 200 euros) as long as we notify the Notaire or the agent, he will then draw up a special document called a “procaration” which you must sign authorising us the power of attorney. This could save you a lot of expense from making a special trip over to France to sign this document.
