This wonderful, tastefully furnished 2nd floor holiday apartment has a lot to offer. Very close by you can benifit from the beautiful golden sandy beaches and small coves of St Jacut de la Mer, less than a 10 minute drive away. All immediate needs are found at your door step.

For young children there is play park only a couple of minutes walk away, also within the grounds of the residence they can enjoy feeding the ducks who swim on the river!

BOOKING INFORMATION

♦ Change overs are from Sunday 16 hrs / Sunday 10 hrs in the high/peak season period (27 June - 29 August) however this can be changed in low and middle season.

♦ Electricity included in summer season prices.

♦ During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.

♦ Duvets and pillows provided.

♦ Long Winter lets available at very reasonable rates, please contact us for further details.

3) Complet, date and sign the booking form, read, date and sign the terms & conditions and return these to us by post with the deposit. (a 30% deposit is required which secures your reservation).

4) The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival, please forward with the £150 damage deposit (your deposit cheque will be retained and returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure, if no damages have occurred during your stay).

ABOUT THE AREA

The Town of Plancoet is within very easy reach of the beautiful ancient walled town of St Malo with its attractive narrow winding cobbled streets and hosts of wonderful restaurants.

Even closer only 15 mins drive is the elegant Edwardian seaside resort of Dinard with lovely fine sandy beaches, children’s beach club and a choice of many water sports, this is also popular for its designer shops and the bustling nightlife at the Casino.

Explore at your leisure the charming quaint town of Dinan (12 kms) with picturesque buildings and medieval castle and ramparts.

TRAVEL INFORMATION/HOW TO GET HERE

The ferry port of St Malo is about 25 min drive from La Riviére and 15 min from International Airport at Dinard.

Brittany Ferries channel crossing: Portsmouth-St Malo, Condor Ferries have a daily car and passenger service from Weymouth and Poole to St Malo (May to September).

Dinard International Airport (Ryan Airways), Stanstead, East Midlands, Birmingham & Bristol to Dinard : discounted flights available if you book well in advance.
