This wonderful, tastefully furnished 2nd floor holiday apartment has a lot to offer. Very close by you can benifit from the beautiful golden sandy beaches and small coves of St Jacut de la Mer, less than a 10 minute drive away. All immediate needs are found at your door step.

For younger children there is play park across the road, also within the grounds of the residence they can enjoy feeding the ducks who swim on the river!

BOOKING INFORMATION

♦ Payment in euros by either bank transfer or by cheque (French Euro cheque requested - payable in Paris).

♦ A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

♦ The remaining balance and the security deposit are payable 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

♦ Change overs are from Friday 16 hrs / Friday 10 hrs in the high/peak season period (13 July - 31 August) however this can be altered in the other seasons.

♦ During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.

♦ Duvets and pillows provided. (Bed linen and towel service available at an extra cost).

♦ Long Winter lets available at very reasonable rates, please contact us for further details.

The Town of Plancoet is within very easy reach of the beautiful ancient walled town of St Malo with its attractive narrow winding cobbled streets and hosts of wonderful restaurants.

Even closer only 15 mins drive is the elegant Edwardian seaside resort of Dinard with lovely fine sandy beaches, children’s beach club and a choice of many water sports, this is also popular for its designer shops and the bustling nightlife at the Casino.

Explore at your leisure the charming quaint town of Dinan (12 kms) with picturesque buildings and medieval castle and ramparts.
